We always strive to deliver natural performing ingredients in our products. However, it is always best to consult your physician prior to using one of our products if you are pregnant. A list of ingredients is available on each product page.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind, though refunds are available if the product is faulty. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
In the event that your product arrives broken, please notify us via our Contact Form. We will send an email requesting photo / video evidence in order to process a replacement product.
All of Above Skin's current product range is vegan friendly, using ingredients and raw materials from vegetable sources.
None of Above Skin's finished formulations are tested on animals, either initially or during routine tests. We conduct our testing on consenting people, in controlled efficacy tests and against bacteria in preservative efficacy testing. The product suppliers that we use also do not test their products on animals, either initially or as a routine test.
All of our products are made in small batches to ensure frequent stock turnover. Generally, unopened skincare can last from 1 to 3 years, depending on the method of storage. After you have opened a product, it should be used within 12 months.
The full Above Skin range is either naturally fragranced, or fragrance free.
If unsure, take a photo or video and we’ll happily check that your product is in optimal condition for use. If we find that the product is not as expected, we will replace your product free of charge. We may ask you to send your original product back to us for further investigation and to ensure that our quality standards are maintained.
All Above Skin products are manufactured, bottled and packaged in Australia using only the highest quality ingredients and raw materials. Some ingredients may be imported direct from their origin of source.
Above Skin currently only offers shipping within Australia.
