Refund policy

We ensure that all our products contain only the most gentle, repairing and natural ingredients that are clinically and scientifically shown to be non-irritating to most skin types to minimise the potential to cause a reaction. Our products have been used, trialed, tested and have been shown to be safe across all skin types including sensitive skin.

Any changes to an existing skincare regime, or the implementation of a new skincare routine, can cause an unexpected reaction such as breakouts or redness. It is normal for such reactions to occur even if using a product that you have used in the past, and this can be affected by changes in environmental factors, including hormonal imbalances from stress, lifestyle changes and changes in diet.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind on a purchase, and cannot guarantee a refund if you receive a skin reaction from using our products.
However, we will offer a refund or store credit in the event that the product is deemed faulty. This can include discoloration and changes in smell of the product and faulty packaging.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of products.

Returns will not be accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.

You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with the return of the product, and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Any refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Refund Procedure

Step 1
Complete your refund request via our Contact Us form. 
If your product has arrived with a fault, we will email you back to request photos of the affected product and a detailed description of the issue.
You will then receive confirmation on whether your return is approved within 2-3 working days.

Step 2
Send the returned items in their original condition within 14 days of approval to:
