Above Skin reserves the rights to take any customer account out of use at any time if it is believed that the website and the products and services available through it are being misused.

Above Skin may publish your testimonial/client review as supplied to us, your first name, and state which you live in. Additionally, we may publish your photo if permission has been granted to us to do so.

By visiting our website and/or providing us with your information (either directly or by authorising another person to do so on your behalf), you acknowledge and accept that we will collect and handle information as covered by the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you cannot supply any information to us. 

If you withdraw your consent for the collection or processing of any information we require in order to provide you with your products, this may negatively impact our ability to supply you with your goods.

- your name, contact details such as your address, contact number(s), email address and other details required for the fulfilment of your order;

- images, such as product use photos;
- reviews, opinions or queries as pertinent to the products we supply; and
- any details supplied to us regarding interest in becoming a stockist.

We do not collect or store any sensitive information, unless explicitly stated in writing.

While our products may be visible and available for purchase to children under the age of 18, parental or guardian permission must be obtained prior supplying any personal information to us. By providing such information, you are confirming that you are either over the age of 18, or have parental or guardian permission to do so.

- the ordering process of our website;
- newsletter signups;
- contact made regarding becoming a stockist;
- interaction with our social media channels

- contacting you regarding an order or a query made to us;
- fulfilling an order, including processing a payment and delivering a product;

- to respond to and handle any enquiries, complaints, refund requests, feedback; and

We may use your personal information for the purposes of direct marketing you may be interested in from having signed up to our newsletter or created an account on our website. You may unsubscribe from our direct marketing services by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any of our emails.

We will never sell your personal information to any third party, however your information may be disclosed if we are merged with or bought out by another entity, as part of that acquisition.
